Since Walcha was irresponsibly identified as a site for “4GW of wind energy generation” by a previous project accumulator, Energy Co has had the Walcha Plateau in their sights. Despite the economic reality of wind generation falling away and becoming more and more expensive, compared to Solar and Batteries, Energy Co are reluctant, or unwilling, to update their input parameters to design.
